Stay Requirements: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during May-September and on all weekends excluding April. Multiple-unit reservations may require additional guidelines during the high peak season. Please inquire before booking.

Guest Fees: Additional guest fees apply when the total number of guests exceeds the base rate, from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend through September 20th, at a rate of $25 per day, per additional person. Please note that every guest—regardless of age—must be included in your total guest count. The additional guest fee is waived for infants under 2 years old. No guest fees apply on dates outside this period. Guest fees are for those staying on the resort, we do NOT allow off-site guests to visit.  We do not allow more than max number of guests, NO exceptions. 

 

Sorry, NO pets are allowed.
