• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during May-September and all weekends.

• Guest Fees: Additional guest fees apply when the total number of guests exceeds the base rate, from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend through September 20th, at a rate of $25 per day, per additional person. Please note that every guest—regardless of age—must be included in your total guest count. The additional guest fee is waived for infants under 2 years old. No guest fees apply on dates outside this period. Guest fees are for those staying on the resort, we do NOT allow off-site guests to visit. 

• We do not allow more than max number of guests, NO exceptions. 

• There is also a $250-$295 cleaning fee. 

• Units 1-6 & 18-22 are on Friday peak season schedules. 7-17 are on Saturday peak season schedules

• Sorry, NO pets are allowed. 

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A 3% processing fee applies to reservations using credit card.

• Multiple unit reservations may require additional guidelines when booking in the high peak season. Please inquire before booking.  

• $500 fee applies on holiday weeks or weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July)
