Please follow the instructions below to ensure no additional charges incur:

1. Please gather all your trash into bags and place the bags in the large blue dumpsters. (Wildlife is abundant including coyotes, bobcats, raccoons,  poisonous snakes etc. Please be aware for your safety. TRASH MUST NOT BE LEFT OUTSIDE anywhere other than INSIDE a dumpster.)

2. Please gather all of the dirty towels and place them in your laundry basket.

3. Please do not make or strip the beds on the morning of your departure.

​

4. Please start a load of towels in the washing machine to help the cleaning crew.

​

5. Please place all dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. Clean any unused dishes that will not fit into the dishwasher and put them away.

6. Please double-check that the grill has been cleaned.

​

7. Please turn off all lights and double-check the home for personal belongings. We’re happy to send lost and found items back to you, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $25 processing fee — so double check for that phone charger.
